- Returns due to dissatisfaction
If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we offer 7 calendar days to return the product.
- Warranty
For products with manufacturing defects, Cleo Connect Full offers a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery. If the product is defective within this period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have assessed and confirmed that the defect is manufacturing-related, we will send you a new identical product or issue a voucher for the value of the product, at the customer's discretion.
- Damage caused by the transportation of the product
In the case of products damaged during transportation, we will bear the cost of returning the product. In this situation, the customer can choose between receiving a voucher for the value of the damaged product or a new identical product.
- Refunds
Cleo Connect Full guarantees a refund for products returned for reasons of dissatisfaction, provided they are returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a refund, the customer must contact the Cleo Connect Full Store and provide the order number, product name and reason for return. After receiving the returned product, Cleo Connect Full will check its condition. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 20 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Cleo Connect Full does not offer refunds for damaged or defective products, personalized or custom-made products or products sold by third parties.
