Cleo Connect Full Store products are sold to anyone who meets the applicable age and legal capacity requirements. Products are subject to availability. Cleo Connect Full may change product prices at any time without prior notice. The buyer must pay the price of the products purchased, plus shipping costs if applicable. The buyer must also provide valid contact and payment details. The Cleo Connect Full Store reserves the right to refuse any purchase order.
- Delivery conditions
Cleo Connect Full Store products are delivered to the Buyer's address by post. Delivery time is One Week from the date of order confirmation. The Buyer undertakes to accept delivery of the products and services.
- Returns
Cleo Connect Full guarantees a refund for products returned for reasons of dissatisfaction, provided they are returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a refund, the customer must contact the Cleo Connect Full Store and provide the order number, product name and reason for return. After receiving the returned product, Cleo Connect Full will check its condition. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 20 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Cleo Connect Full does not offer refunds for damaged or defective products, personalized or custom-made products or products sold by third parties.
- Warranty
The products offered by Cleo Connect Full are guaranteed for 1 months from the date of delivery. This covers possible manufacturing defects that may appear on the products. To activate the warranty, the Buyer must contact the Cleo Connect Full team at the email address provided.
- Liability
Cleo Connect Full shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer, except in the event of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Cleo Connect Full itself.
- Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be settled by the Brazilian Courts.
